Rule of Was Were
1.      I/ He/ She was / you were + Action (ing).......
2.      I/ He/ She wasn’t / you weren’t + Action (ing).......
3.      Was I/ he/ she / Were you + Action (ing)?
4.      "Wh" Question word + Was I/ he/ she / Were you + Action (ing)?
